Enquiries and report requests
The review form collects your name, email, optional telephone, area of interest, contact preference and message. The calculator generates a PDF locally in your browser using your answers and optional name; those details are not submitted to this website. Submitting a form does not confirm an appointment, buy a product or subscribe you to marketing.
Why information is used
Information is used to fulfil the report or enquiry you request and to handle any follow-up you ask for. The final business controller must document the appropriate lawful basis and provider arrangements before launch. A separate, optional email-marketing choice is recorded with its wording and version.
Storage and service providers
Enquiries are sent directly through Resend to Sim’s configured inbox. This website does not keep a lead database or archive of submissions. Resend and the receiving email provider process enquiries to deliver them. PDF reports are generated in your browser and are not emailed automatically.
Retention and access
Downloaded reports remain wherever you save them. Calculator answers are held in page memory and are lost when the page closes or reloads. Enquiry retention depends on the receiving mailbox and email provider; no automatic 90-day deletion is promised. The business must confirm its mailbox retention policy before launch.
Your choices and rights
Marketing is optional and requesting a report does not require marketing permission. Before launch, the business must supply a working contact for access, correction, deletion, objections and withdrawal of consent, and explain any applicable limits. You may also contact the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
External websites
Opening Instagram, WhatsApp or another external website is your choice and takes you to that provider. Calculator answers are not included in contact links. This preview does not embed social trackers or load optional analytics.
